JEERA PULAO

Rice 200                  
Onions 50              
Ginger paste 10  
Garlic paste 10  
Jeera 15                  
Corainder fresh 15
Mint 10                    
Oil 50                       
Salt To taste       

PROCEDURE
1)    Heat oil in vessel. Add cumin seeds. Allow to crackle
2)    Add sliced onion, sauté for while.
3)    Add ginger and garlic paste
4)    Add soaked rice and 1 ½ times water.
5)    Add chop coriander and mint 
6)    Add salt.
7)    When rice absorbs water, put the griddle beneath the vessel cover with lid and allow the rice to cook in steam.
