PEAS PULAO

Rice 200G                          
Onions 50G                       
Ginger paste 10G          
Garlic paste 10G           
Whole garam masala    15G                                                                                        
Corainder fresh 15G  
Mint 10G                             
Oil 50G                               
Salt To taste                   
Green Peas 80G

PROCEDURE
                                       
1)    Heat oil in vessel. Add cumin seeds. Allow to crackle
2)    Add sliced onion, sauté for while.
3)    Add ginger and garlic paste
4)    Add soaked rice and 1 ½ times water.
5)    Add chop coriander and mint
6)    Add salt.
When rice absorbs water, put the griddle beneath the vessel cover with lid and allow the rice to cook in steam. Add Frozen green peas
