KHAMEERI ROTI

Atta 500G                                                                                 
Salt 4G                                                                                       
Yeast 8G                                                                                     
Sugar 5G                                                                                    
Water 250ml                                                                           
Butter 60G

PROCEDURE
                                                                                      
1.    Mix all the above mentioned ingredient in tray.
2.    Knead a smooth dough
3.    Allow to rest the dough
4.    Make pedhas or balls from the dough for roti
5.    Flatten it with hand and arrange on gaddhi and cook in tandoor.
6.    Apply butter when cooked. 
7.    Serve hot.
