TANDOORI ROTI

Atta    500G                                                                                                              
Water  300 G                                                                                                              
Oil      20 G                                                                                                                 
Salt   pinch

PROCEDURE
                  
1.    Sieve atta and make bay in the centre.
2.    Add water start kneading dough and make soft dough
3.    Add oil and salt.
4.    Allow to rest. Make 6 balls of even sized.
5.    Flatten each ball with hand, place on gaddi and stick on the wall of moderate hot tandoor.

6.    When cooked remove from tandoor.
