PROCEDURE
1.
Mix all the above mentioned ingredient in
Bowl and knead it properly to prepare soft and elastic dough.
2.
Allow to rest
3.
Now make 4-5 balls of even sized and flatten
with hand, Sprinkle some kalonji.
4.
Place on gaddi and cook it in tandoor.
5.
Apply butter after cooking if required.
