NAAN


Refined flour 500G   
Sugar  15G            
Baking powder 5G       
Baking Soda 5G   
Salt 10G                 
Milk 100ML           
Egg 1NOS
Water 200ML
Oil 50ML                
Kalonji 10G

PROCEDURE
                                                                                      
1.    Mix all the above mentioned ingredient in Bowl and knead it properly to prepare soft and elastic dough.
2.    Allow to rest
3.    Now make 4-5 balls of even sized and flatten with hand, Sprinkle some kalonji.
4.    Place on gaddi and cook it in tandoor. 
5.    Apply butter after cooking if required.
